this 2 part engagement session with Jenna + Nick was the absolute best way for me to kick off my 2022 photography season. they carved out extra time the day before our originally scheduled session so that we could have some golden hour time + arranged for us to photograph in one of the coolest bars in PVD, the eddy. I am so excited for their graduate hotel wedding in the fall but for now, here is a little tease from their Providence RI city engagement session.
2021 sure showed up after the shutdown of 2020. it was my busiest year filled with new commercial work, family portraits, engagement sessions, + of course a plethora of weddings that took me all over Rhode Island + parts of MA with even a trip to Portugal thrown in for good measure. I made it halfway through my own inflicted pic-a-day challenge which thankfully for you I am not including here. 2022 is shaping up to be filled with some great weddings + new adventures. I am so grateful for the couples, families, + businesses that continue to trust me to document all of your happenings.
enjoy this small sample of my 2021 photographs
Happy New Year! If you would like to be included in my 2022 year-end review click here to schedule a session…
first up is the lovely McTear family that met me over at Roger Williams Park for a lovely fall portrait session + they brought their new puppy!!! YAY! here are just a few frames of this adorable family…more to come soonish
second up we head to Scotland for Ana + Barrett’s Outlander-inspired engagement session…well, maybe not actually Scotland or Outlander-inspired but Sachuest Point in Newport RI did a pretty good job as a runner up. with beautiful water vistas + lush weather-worn fields we had a lot of fun freezing our butts off. Seriously though, these two were troopers standing out there in the cold + the wind + making it all look so effortlessly comfortable. Cannot wait for their wedding in June 2022 but for now just a few frames…
