2022 felt very much like a tightrope act. professionally it was one of my busiest years. on a personal level it was full of uncertainty yet forging forward regardless with a new business venture [arc{hive} book + snackery] with my husband. it went by at the slowest fast-forward speed there is. we all survived + I always enjoy the roller coaster of emotion I feel when I review the year through my photos. it is as much a history of my life as well as the history of moments of others.
I am so thankful to have worked another year with lisa frechette photography who is kind enough to let me share some of my 2nd photographer images with you here.
you may want to grab a seat as this one is a long one. self-editing is not one of my strong suits. here are some [too many] of my favorite images from the year. I hope you enjoy the view from my front-row seat to joy cause if this isn’t nice, I don’t know what is!
what a great way to celebrate mom’s 49th [really 70th] birthday by getting the whole far-flung family together for a family portrait. plus, it kinda takes care of the holiday cards as well. smart family! I had the pleasure of meeting them this past weekend + we made the best of the chilly sunny fall day at Goddard Park. for some reason, the youngest always steals the show.
if you have been following along with this journal or my social media at all in the past 3 years you know my love of moonrose farm. I did an amazing CSA work share with this local farm in 2020 + 2021. it was the perfect pandemic stress relief + workout plus I got amazing veggies for my hard work! well, I love this farm. I love these farmers. I love the dogs on this farm. + now I love their daughter, Violet a farmer in the making, maybe. Here are just a few frames of this lovely farm family!
