Allison + Cody started my 2022 wedding season in the best possible way which to me always means a ton of laughter. They had a beautiful spring day with a church ceremony at St. Anthony’s in Cohasset MA followed by an energetic + emotional reception at The River Club in Scituate. Of course, their son, Christopher brought his own level of adorableness. Make sure you scroll to the end to see the MVP of the day.
MVP award goes to the bride’s brother who had a small casualty while entertaining the couple’s son, Christopher during the ceremony. Those boutonnière pins are sharp folks!
2022 felt very much like a tightrope act. professionally it was one of my busiest years. on a personal level it was full of uncertainty yet forging forward regardless with a new business venture [arc{hive} book + snackery] with my husband. it went by at the slowest fast-forward speed there is. we all survived + I always enjoy the roller coaster of emotion I feel when I review the year through my photos. it is as much a history of my life as well as the history of moments of others.
I am so thankful to have worked another year with lisa frechette photography who is kind enough to let me share some of my 2nd photographer images with you here.
you may want to grab a seat as this one is a long one. self-editing is not one of my strong suits. here are some [too many] of my favorite images from the year. I hope you enjoy the view from my front-row seat to joy cause if this isn’t nice, I don’t know what is!
photographing a wedding on New Year’s Eve is probably my new favorite way to ring in the new year. the only way it would be better is if I was just a wedding guest at a New Year’s Eve wedding. Trisha + Brett really put on such a great party that it didn’t even feel like work. it was a beautiful event at Linden Place in Bristol RI + it helped kick off my busiest wedding season of 2022. look out for that year-end review soon! but for now, just enjoy this festive wedding story…
