so this post has been a long time coming but I guess they say better late than never…
one of my favorite emotions is that moment between tears + laughter + let me tell you these two know how to create that emotion. from their beautiful + funny vows to their silent unrelenting strength + love for each other. it was such a special occasion celebrating their love, their 4-year-old son, Xavier, their strength as a couple, as a cancer survivor, + as partners. it was truly an honor to document their wedding that took place at the overlook at meehan in north providence.
jen + bruce married at the ri yacht club on the sunniest day in the fall of 2022. they were surrounded by family + friends + had an amazing dance playlist to celebrate the event. here is their wedding photo story
still here doing it. the living. the photographing. the questioning. but most of all this past year I have realized the need for gratitude in every aspect of my life. gratitude for the imperfect, the mundane, the exceptional. we are all works in progress. I am grateful to document it.
