[ Megan + Michael ] wedding. pavillion at pine hills. plymouth. ma.

my last wedding of the 2022 wedding season did not disappoint. it did practically freeze my fingertips off but I forgive you, Megan + Mike! I guess that is the chance you take planning a New England mid-November wedding. while there may have been a winter chill in the air the sun was surely shining on these two. they had a beautiful ceremony at Christ Church Parish in Plymouth with an idyllic white trolley to cart around family + the bridal party as we chased the final lights of the day. We hit up the park near the mayflower as well as the nearby jetty before heading to the pavillion at pinehills golf club to continue the party. + what a party it was. from the singing dj during dinner to the full dance floor till the bitter end. it was a wonderful celebration of life + love.

[ robinson family ] portrait. crescent park. east providence. ri.

this lovely family had never had family portraits taken before this week + I am thrilled that they trusted me with their first official family portraits. they found me through past clients, so just another friendly reminder to always photo-credit your professional photographer + sing their praises whenever you can!! it is our best advertisement! anyhoo, Paige, Kayla, Poppy + Gary the dog were absolute troopers for braving the chilly windy fall weather on Monday. Gary, understandably, was more interested in fetch than me + my dog treats which only left me a little wounded. Poppy + all her adorableness made up for it! They were all naturals + such a joy to photograph! I hope they continue the tradition of family portraits + I hope I have the honor to photograph them again!

Here are a few frames from our RI family portrait session that took place at Crescent Park in East Providence.

[ joellen + kevin ] wedding. the atlantic resort. newport. ri.

all the stars aligned for this wedding at the atlantic resort in newport ri this past weekend. + i guess you could say that the stars have always been aligning for these two. Theirs is a very touching story of a high school crush [that is Jo crushing on Kevin] that doesn’t get the chance to bloom until into their adulthood when their paths cross once again when Jo was caring for Kevin’s father in the ICU. with their daughters by their side as well as many family + friends, they made it all official. there were tears but mostly laughter + some crazy dance moves [ if you see Kevin in the wild play “thriller” + just sit back + watch the magic] here are just a few frames of their wedding story. more to come if I ever get around to blogging full weddings again…

huge thank you to Mia of Mia Campiano Photography for recommending me for this one!
