so yes, I am over a year behind on blogging. I adore Kelsey + Bryce + have had the pleasure of photographing their engagement, their wedding, + this year their first puppy session.
it was my first time at the New Bedford Whaling Museum + let me tell you it did not disappoint! They had a warm sunny early September day with a pretty epic supermoon. Not to mention Kelsey’s Eminem rap that lit up the dance floor. but I will let the images do the talking…here is their wedding story.
this is the second year in a row I have had the pleasure to photograph this family. both times it was blustery cold + Gary was much more interested in the tennis ball than me. [sad face] so next time it will be a warm summer day + i will dress up like a tennis ball to get all of Gary’s attention [fyi: Gary is the dog] but I think we still managed to get some great images at Colt State Park in Bristol RI. while editing these teaser frames, I got a little choked up. I have been photographing this family since 2015 + I really am so honored to be chosen to document their lives. To think as the kids get older they will look back on these family portrait sessions + refer to me as their ‘family photographer’.
